The winter holidays can be the perfect time to focus on your Wharton MBA Program for Executives application. Whether you’re just getting started or putting on the finishing touches, here are some important reminders and resources to help you stay on track:
Key Deadlines
- Round 2 Application Deadline: Wednesday, January 14, 2026
- Round 2 Admissions Decisions Released: Thursday, March 26, 2026
- Deadlines and requirements are the same for our Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Global cohorts.
What You’ll Need to Submit
Your completed application includes:
- An online recommendation from your immediate supervisor (or higher).
- A Sponsorship Form signed by the person at your company who has the authority to approve the program’s time commitment. This form is completed via a secure link sent directly to your sponsor.
- Essays: View the essay questions.
- Standardized Test Scores: GMAT, GRE, or EA scores are accepted (in-person or at-home versions). Some applicants may also be required to submit TOEFL or PTE scores. Contact our Admissions team if you are unsure whether this applies to you.
- Unofficial Transcripts: Upload transcripts from all higher-ed institutions listed in your application. Official transcripts will be required only after admission and before enrollment.
- Completed Online Application: Ensure everything is submitted by the deadline.
Holiday Office Hours
Our Admissions offices will be closed for Winter Break starting Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. ET. We’ll reopen on Monday, January 5, 2026. Please reach out before the break if you have any immediate questions.
